Whats Included?

1 x initial phone consult (1 hr)
- get to know eachother & discuss the particulars of the wedding & vendor
1 x final phone consult (30 min)
- discuss the floor plan (client to provide Vendor will floor plan)
vendor day bump in run sheet
onsite hours (7 hours)
- styling coordination
- organise room reveal with photographer
vendor bump in management
- cake delivery/set up
- florist delivery/set up
- signage vendor delivery/set up
- dancefloor delivery/set up
- venue staff

*additional vendor management will incur a fee of $150 per vendor

*parking must be allocated otherwise fees & charges will be charged post wedding

Ccoordination of the reception run sheet

Whats Included?

1 x initial phone consult (1 hr)
- get to know eachother & discuss the particulars of the wedding & vendors
vendor reception run sheet
onsite hours (6.5 hours) - upto 11:30pm
vendor reception management
- MC
- pyrotechnics vendor
- venue staff
vendor bump out management
- manage all vendors to collect hire items at conclusion of reception

*additional vendor management will incur a fee of $150 per vendor

*parking must be allocated otherwise fees & charges will be charged post wedding

*allocation for timing is upto and including 11:30pm for all reception and bump out

*additional time required will be charged at $150 per 30 min
