Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participation in our Easter Photoshoot. By booking or participating, you agree to the following: 1. Booking & Eligibility Easter Photoshoots are available by appointment only and are subject to availability. Sessions are intended for infants and children unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed only once payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received. 2. Session Details Each session includes a set time allocation as specified at booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time to avoid delays for subsequent sessions. We reserve the right to end a session early if a child becomes distressed or unwell. 3. Styling & Wardrobe Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive clean and ready. Nappies must be clean prior to the session. 4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and behaviour during the session. Food, drink, and sharp or hazardous items are not permitted on set. 5. Image Use & Copyright All images captured remain the copyright of the business. Selected images may be used for marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session. The client agrees to the use of session images on social media by LZ Dezigns & Golden Hour Content. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible during the Easter period. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit payment. Deposit monies are non-refundable. 7. Health & Safety If your child is unwell, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. We maintain a clean and safe environment; however, participation is at your own risk. 8. Easter-Specific Props & Set Props and sets are styled specifically for Easter and may include delicate items. Children must not handle props unless directed by staff. Any damage caused by misuse may incur a replacement fee. 9. Policy Updates We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of booking will apply.
