Photoshoot Terms & Conditions

 

By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Booking & Payment

• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Full payment is required 1 week prior to the session to secure your session.

• Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

• Sessions are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• One reschedule may be offered if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to your session, subject to availability

• Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your session will result in forfeiture of payment.

• In the event the photographer needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or full refund will be offered.

 

Late Arrivals

• Sessions run strictly to schedule.

• Late arrival will reduce your shoot time accordingly.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in session cancellation with no refund.

 

Session Details

• Each session is 30 minutes and includes 8 professionally edited digital images.

• Image selection will be made by the photographer unless otherwise stated.

• Additional images, prints, and mini reels are available for purchase.

 

Image Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered digitally within 2–3 weeks via online gallery.

• Raw, unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.

 

Creative Style

• By booking, you acknowledge and accept the photographer’s editing style and creative direction.

• Specific shot requests may be considered but are not guaranteed due to time constraints.

 

Children & Behaviour

• Parents/guardians are responsible for children at all times.

• Cooperation of children cannot be guaranteed and refunds will not be issued due to behaviour or mood.

 

Health & Safety

• Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell. You may be asked to leave if you are unwell. No refunds will be provided. 

• Gelato and Easter gifts are available for purchase; parents are responsible for monitoring allergies and consumption.

 

Location

• Sessions will take place at Condell Park.

 

Usage & Copyright

• LZ Dezigns & Golden Hour Content retains copyright of all images.

• Clients receive personal use rights only.

• Images may be used by the LZ Dezigns & Golden Hour Content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.
